Andrew came to us extremely time-poor. He had no problem winning work, but he was not necessary making money from it – usually undercharging. 70% of Andrew’s business was coming from just 2 clients, which was a dangerous position to be in.
To reduce the work hours of the owners spent working in the business by 50%. To get the business owners away from the tools and working on the business development. To align the pricing and margins to make the business profitable. To develop new relationships and create a strong and consistent pipeline of work.
To create a multi-service company, offering large building contractors the convenience of purchasing a variety of different services direct from the same company. Therefore reducing the clients’ project management expenses and minimising the risk of program delays due to the handover from one trade to the next.
We were able to remove the business owner from the tools/operations. We built a management team and organisational structure for the company. We increased the business revenue by a multiple of 5 in the last 4years.
We aim to double the business revenue in the next 4 years and continue to achieve a consistent growth of the net profit margin by 30% per year.

We employed an operational manager to oversee the delivery of work and manage workflow. We employed admin team to free up billing time for draftsmen. We systemized the whole company, including policies, processes and procedures across all areas of the business. Billy’s company is now the largest drafting firm on the Northern beaches.
To reach a target of 300 clients per year. To expand to additional sectors of the industry that are aligned with the business to facilitate further growth.
